The survey findings reveal that 90% of female travellers have opted for carpooling due to safety considerations, and an impressive 88% expressed their willingness to switch to carpooling if enhanced safety features were introduced. These numbers underscore the importance of prioritising safety measures to encourage greater participation of women in the ridesharing ecosystem.
