The partnership, marked by the signing of Shareholder and Share Purchase & Share Subscription agreements, was executed by SAIC Motor’s President, Wang Xiaoqiu, and JSW Group’s Parth Jindal at MG UK Headquarters in London.
Objective and synergies
The primary objective of the joint venture is to leverage strategic synergies, combining resources in the fields of automobiles and new technology. Agreement terms
