E3 Electric.Ai, a Bengaluru-based electric mobility startup, has opened its first Experience Centre in Koramangala, Bengaluru, marking a new phase in its retail expansion. The 2,500 sq. ft. flagship facility, inaugurated on August 15, brings sales, service and spares together under one roof.
The centre showcases all three variants of the E3 Trion – C1, C1x and C2 – giving customers an opportunity to explore, experience and purchase the electric scooters at one location.
Designed around E3 Electric’s core principles of Modular Architecture, AI-Powered Intelligence and Human-Centric Design, the Experience Centre offers customers an interactive look at the technology powering the Trion range.
Key technology features on display include the E3 COMMANDCENTRE™, E3 Intelligent IoT Core™ & Cloud Intelligence, 10-second AI HEALTHSCAN™ and TRIPSENSE™ Intelligent Cockpit. The company also plans to introduce a virtual reality experience at the centre soon.
For added convenience, the facility will feature Type 7 DC Fast Charging points in partnership with Kazam EV Tech, allowing customers to access faster charging as part of the ownership experience.
The centre has also been designed with families in mind, featuring a café, family zone and a children’s creative area with activities such as “Crayon the Trion” and memory puzzle games.
Speaking about the launch, Sanjeev P., Founder and CEO of E3 Electric.Ai, said the company wanted to create more than a conventional showroom, offering customers a space where they could experience the Trion’s technology, get their vehicles serviced and charge them during the same visit.
The Koramangala outlet is the first showroom developed by E3 Electric under its build-and-transfer model. The company plans to establish around six dealerships across Bengaluru in the coming months and expand into Mysuru as part of its next growth phase in Karnataka.
At the national level, E3 Electric.Ai aims to establish 100 dealerships across more than 90 markets in India during the current financial year, using dealer partnerships to expand its reach while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
