Youdha Unveils Limited-Edition ‘EPOD-Bharat’ Electric Three-Wheeler Celebrating India’s Women And Artisans

EPOD-Bharat Showcased In New Delhi

New Delhi, August 17, 2026: Electric commercial mobility platform Youdha has unveiled EPOD-Bharat, a limited-edition, hand-painted version of its flagship L5 electric passenger three-wheeler. The special edition celebrates India’s artistic heritage while paying tribute to the creativity, strength and resilience of the country’s women and traditional artisans.

The vehicle was showcased at the Bharat Vyapar Mahotsav at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, featuring a vibrant hand-painted exterior inspired by Warli art. The artwork depicts women, rural life, nature and community celebrations, bringing together traditional Indian craftsmanship and the country’s growing transition towards electric mobility.

A Tribute To Women And Artisans

Youdha CEO Ayush Lohia said EPOD-Bharat is a tribute to the spirit of India and the women and artisans whose creativity and resilience continue to shape the country.

The company said the initiative aims to bring traditional Indian art onto a modern electric mobility platform, creating a vehicle that reflects both India’s cultural heritage and its aspirations for the future.

EPOD Offers 227 Km Range

The Youdha EPOD is an L5 electric passenger three-wheeler powered by a 6 kW motor that delivers 50 Nm of torque. It is equipped with an 11.8 kWh lithium-ion LFP battery and offers a certified range of up to 227 kilometres on a single charge.

The electric three-wheeler comes with City and Boost driving modes and features a 300 mm water-wading capacity, making it suitable for varied Indian road and weather conditions.

Priced At ₹3.20 Lakh

The EPOD is available at a starting price of ₹3.20 lakh*. Youdha said the vehicle has been developed with the needs of self-employed drivers and mobility entrepreneurs in mind, offering a combination of range, performance, durability and operating efficiency.

Manufactured In Uttarakhand

The EPOD is manufactured at Youdha’s production facility in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. The facility has an installed annual production capacity of 1,00,000 units and features automated assembly lines, end-of-line testing and quality control systems.

With EPOD-Bharat, Youdha is also highlighting the role of Indian artisans in preserving traditional forms of artistic expression.
